About NureliNOW
NureliNOW is a one-time psychiatric medication bridge service designed for eligible patients who are already taking an established psychiatric medication but need a short-term refill while transitioning between healthcare providers.
During a convenient telehealth visit, a Nureli psychiatric provider will review your current medications, verify your existing prescriptions, and complete a focused clinical assessment to determine whether a one-time supply of up to 30 days is safe and clinically appropriate.

$50 one-time medication bridge visit (includes ONE prescription; $25 is assessed for additional medications)
Prescriptions are not guaranteed. If clinically appropriate, your provider may authorize up to a 30-day supply of your existing medication.
All we ask…
Patients must provide valid proof of their existing prescription, such as a clear photograph of their current prescription bottle or other acceptable prescription documentation. Yes, a screenshot from your CVS, Walgreens, or other pharmacy app counts!
A few rules before we get started...
We do NOT prescribe controlled substances through NureliNOW.
Read that again.
Yes, your Adderall, Vyvanse, Xanax, Ativan, and other controlled medications are controlled substances. They cannot be refilled through this service.
NureliNOW is not ongoing psychiatric care and does not replace the need to establish care with a regular healthcare provider. Prescriptions are never guaranteed and are issued solely at the treating provider's clinical discretion.
Restricted Medications
Controlled substances. Again, read that again. 😭
Lithium, Depakote, and other medications requiring laboratory monitoring may not be eligible for a bridge refill unless you can provide recent, clinically acceptable laboratory results, generally obtained within the last 3 months, and your Nureli provider determines that continuing the medication is safe and clinically appropriate.
Medications that are medical rather than psychiatric in nature. We're not a primary care provider (yet!), so NureliNOW is currently limited to eligible psychiatric medications.
And one more thing...
NureliNOW is available to each patient once per 12-month period.
If you're coming to us for emergency bridge refills more often than that, it might be time to rethink your relationship with your psychiatric provider. 👀
