How Nureli Flex Works
1. Check Your Eligibility
Complete our confidential Nureli Flex Eligibility Screening Form.
Your responses help us determine whether your psychiatric care needs may be appropriate for the program.
2. We Review Your Screening
A Nureli provider reviews your eligibility screening.
If your responses indicate that Nureli Flex may not be the right level of care for your needs, we'll help identify the appropriate next step when possible.
If you are determined ineligible during pre-screening and have already paid the Nureli Flex membership fee, the applicable fee will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
3. Complete Your Initial Evaluation
If you pass preliminary screening, you'll meet with a licensed Nureli psychiatric provider for a comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation.
Your provider will learn about your symptoms, psychiatric history, medications, treatment goals, and current needs.
Your initial evaluation also serves as the final clinical assessment of whether Nureli Flex is appropriate for your ongoing care.
4. Start Your Membership
Once your provider confirms that Nureli Flex is appropriate for you, you'll continue your care through the monthly membership.
You'll have access to your included monthly follow-up, routine medication management, and other included Flex services.
5. Stay Connected
Continue seeing your provider for routine psychiatric care and medication management.
If you occasionally need an additional appointment during the month, you can schedule an additional follow-up for $75, subject to availability.
What If Nureli Flex Isn't Right for Me?
Our priority is ensuring your psychiatric care meets your clinical needs.
If your provider determines during your initial psychiatric evaluation that Nureli Flex is not appropriate for you, your initial membership payment is generally nonrefundable because you have received a comprehensive professional psychiatric evaluation.
When clinically appropriate, your provider may provide up to 30 days of transitional care while you:
Transition to Nureli's standard self-pay psychiatric services,
Transition to Nureli's insurance-based psychiatric services when available,
Establish care with another psychiatric provider, or
Transition to a higher level of care when clinically necessary.
If you require emergency or higher-level psychiatric care, your provider will recommend the appropriate next step based on your clinical needs.
A Note About Medications
Your Nureli Flex membership provides access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management—it does not guarantee that any particular medication will be prescribed.
Your treating provider makes all prescribing decisions based on your individual clinical needs and professional clinical judgment.
Nureli Medical Group reserves the right to restrict or discontinue the prescribing of controlled substances through the Nureli Flex program at any time.
Participation in Nureli Flex does not guarantee the initiation, continuation, or refill of any controlled substance.
